Well we had been waiting for 4 years to remodel our kitchen and its finally done. But the faucet has only been installed now for just a couple of months. Theres a small piece between the hand set and the main faucet that wont stay in. When i pull it out to rince the sink out it comes out with it. We had thrown the box away and the sell says there is nothing they can do with out the box.. They suggested finding the part at home depot or lowes but we havent been ablt to.. $100 down the drain so to speak..
My brother bought this faucet at Costco and loves it. I couldn’t find it at Costco, but hooray for Amazon, because they have it. I bought it online at Amazon and I agree with my brother. It is a great faucet. It is sturdy and attractive. It doesn’t leak anywhere. The handle works smoothly and the soap dispenser is a nice little extra feature. The part that sprays pulls out easily so you can spray out your sink or rinse dishes. The soft black button on the top of the faucet switches the water from spray to regular flow. I only wish the water flow would stay in the ‘spray mode’ after I turn off the water. Once you turn the water off you have to press the soft black button on the top of the faucet AGAIN if you want the water to come out as a spray. That is a bit of a hassle for someone like me who prefers the spray mode about 95% of the time. Other than that, I love it. The price is more than fair. It looks much more expensive than it is. My brother has had his for over 4 years and it still works and looks great.
I have owned this faucet for 2 years now. Although it looks great and appears more expensive than it is, I have had nothing but trouble with the force of water. If I turn it on all the way it sprays all over my kitchen (too much force) and if I try to adjust the water flow down, it piddles off – there is NO in-between, moderate water flow! Very frustrating having to clean up the water spray every time I use it! Cannot find anyway to adjust that either. Also, be very careful! The under sink soap bottle on mine BROKE! I had never even touched it after the install and one day while filling the soap I noticed that it was taking a lot of soap to fill up – finally got curious and looked under the sink to find that the bottle had broken at the neck and I had just dumped 1/2 a bottle of soap ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE CUPBOARD!!! Have been looking everywhere for a replacement, because despite the hassle to clean it up, it is a really nice feature! Wish I could fix those two issues, but looks like I may be looking for a replacement very soon!
I purchased this item at Costco and attempted to install it as per instructions. The connection for the spray hose to the water connection sleeve leaks . I called the Help Line and now I have to wait 3-4 days for a replacement part. I would rather just take this piece of *#$%^&@#$@# back to Costco and buy something that is not made in fricking China.
An older model just popped off its spray nozzle disk. Apparently, the three plastic fittings for the screws holding the spray disk just cracked apart, so now instead of a spray I have a single stream (and it is dispersed). It looks like the hand-held thing at the end of the pull-out hose is factory assembled, i.e. the internal module is inserted into the housing so you can’t access it. The three screws all point outwards, so the consumer can’t reassemble the thing. Now I have to look for the entire hand-held thing, just because three dinky plastic fittings were made of plastic that ages and cracks apart like porcelain.
Had the exact same issue as someone else with the soap dispenser bottle breaking, and the same mess! I’ve also had the same issue with the handle flopping down (off) from anything less than 3/4 on. I bought a bathroom faucet of the same brand at the same time -after 1 year the hot water handle is coming loose while the cold water handle has all but ceased. Buyer beware, stay far away from this made in China junk from the various brands Globe Union sells under. Stick with the quality brands from Lowes or Home Depot.

I have only had this fauccet for 8 months.
First the soap dispenser arm fell off and it won’t screw back on.
Then the handle to the faucet fell off and I cannot get that to stay either.
This was a lot of money for such shoddy goods.
